Letter to God

Dear God,

As I sit here trying to find the words to write, I wonder why; Why am I even writing you a letter? You already know all my thoughts, you know how I’m feeling, you even know what I will do tomorrow.

I am one of your children, and like my earthly father you have an unconditional love for me. You sent your son so I could have freedom. Freedom from the guilt I feel. Your son Jesus Christ is my SAVIOR!!!! I want to tell the world. I want to tell everyone how I found you. I want people to know how it feels to accept Jesus into their lives. I want to share my story, from beginning to present. I want to confess my sins and throw my trash away forever.

My dad always told me there was something special for me in this world. I was to do something great with my life. As long as I can remember I’ve had a passion to help others. My heart longs to show others how great life is with you in it. I want to help people get through difficult and troubling times.

           You have given me a mission to tell my story, good, bad, my trials, joys, darkness and light. I accept your mission and look forward into poring my heart and soul out in order to help others.
